It felt to me like we are living in a world where there is a dearth of leaders worth following. However, looking at your index was like a breath of fresh air.. So many leaders doing the right thing.
However, this is not enough.. We need atleast a 100x leaders who, when it matters, do the right thing and stand up to what is right by them and the communities they serve (employees, customers, partners, family, voters, etc).
