There is so much to unpack - including the power that would be diluted in the status quo, and the power that would emerge in a more distributed way, across more places and faces. I agree, it would make sense that multiplier effects would kick in - when the shift goes from controlling resources, power, and wealth, to creating new products, services, and businesses - resulting in further increased GDP (or whatever measure may replace this in the future).
